Dear M&B, I have let properties through M & B Residential Lettings for a number of years. Michelle and her team have always offered a professional and reliable service at affordable prices. Many agents charge sub contractors 10% or more commission on jobs forwarded on to them which means the contractor charges the landlord more. M & B dont so that means I get charged exactly what the job cost. This is a massive plus when juggling finances for remedial or emergency works on my properties.
