"We initially viewed their website, then visited their showroom, it was great having the ability to speak direct with a designer on site. Our installers were very polite, always on time and worked really hard despite some awful weather. The products are very good and we are delight with the final look, we envisage using the room far more throughout the year, it already feels so much warmer.
The only small issue was the manufacturing process took longer than expected and this could have been communicated to us better."
